DOTA 2 Summit 12 to be Held This Month
Beyond the Summit have announced a new Dota 2 event – The Summit 12, which is scheduled for March 10-13th and will take place in Los Angeles.
The tournament will feature six invited teams competing for a $150,000 prize pool. The series is known for its focus on entertainment content and cozy atmosphere – this time the event is themed around horror movies. The tournament is not part of Dota Pro Circuit.
Dota Summit series launched in 2014 and currently exceeds 10 LAN-events. The previous iteration of the event was held on November 7-10th, 2019, as an official minor tournament. In the grand finals of the event Invictus Gaming outplayed Chaos E.C., claiming $72,000 in prize money and qualifying for MDL Chengdu Major.
