Hearthstone: Witchwood Update Announced
Blizzard have announced the new upcoming major update for Hearthstone! The update is called The Witchwood and will be available in mid-April.
The update will bring as much as 135 new cards to the game, as well as introduce some new keywords and mechanics: the cards with the keyword “echo” can be used multiple times per turn, while the “rush” keyword works similar to “charge” but you can only attack the minions. The developers also introduced a Start of Game cards – they will be automatically played at the beginning of the match if your deck meets its requirements. Just as the previous update, The Witchwood has a single-player Dungeon Run mode, this time called Monster Hunt. In this mode, you will have to select one of the four new heroes and go for a journey to defeat bosses and collect their treasures.
The developers have already presented 9 new cards, the rest will be revealed by press and members of the community. You can learn more about the update from the official page.
