League of Legends online event Mid-Season Cup 2020 concluded this weekend, featuring a Chinese grand finals, where Top Esports outplayed FunPlus Phoenix to claim $240,000 in prize money.
Both FunPlus Phoenix and Top Esports advanced to the playoffs from Group A, where they both finished with the 2-1 score. In the semifinals FunPlus Phoenix defeated JD Gaming (3-1), while Top Esports outplayed Gen.G Esports (3-0). The final series concluded with the 3-1 score in favour of Top Esports.
