Fnatic and HellRaisers Qualified to ESL Pro League 9 Finals
Fnatic and HellRaisers have secured their spots at ESL Pro League Season 9 – Finals by placing first and second respectively in Group A of second round of the European event.
The second round of the European division features two GSL groups of four teams with best-of-three series. The matches within Group A, which consisted of Aristocracy, Fnatic, Optic Gaming and Hellraisers, were played on May 14th – 16th. Fnatic secured the first place in the group after losing to OpTic Gaming (1:2) and defeating HellRaisers (2:1) and Aristocracy (2:0). Meanwhile, HellRaisers managed to outplay Aristocracy (2:0) and OpTic (2:0). These two teams qualified the final stage of the event.

Group B includes BIG, Heroic, Natus Vincere and North. The matches will be placed on May 21st -23rd.
Earlier mousesports, FaZe Clan, G2 Esports and Astralis also secured their spot at the finals by placing first in their groups during Round 1.
ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals will be held in Montpellier, France on June 18th – 23rd. Sixteen teams from Europe, North America, Oceania and Asia will compete for a $750,000 prize pool.
